Completion of the course is a required step for those seeking Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) certification, demonstrating a commitment to quality dementia care.

  • The Montessori Dementia Care Professional Course from the International Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (ICCDP) teaches how to apply Montessori principles to dementia care, promoting independence, engagement, and dignity. It covers hands-on strategies for creating meaningful activities, adapting environments, and fostering social connections.   • Basic Life Support (CPR certification and renewal) from the American Heart Association and Basic Life Support Family & Friends for people who want to know how to do CPR but do not need certification.
