Mentoring

Guidance and support are provided for individuals entering the life enrichment profession.
Educating

Individualized and practical approaches to address meaningful engagement across the continuum of care are presented through certification classes, continuing education seminars, and on-site training.
Promoting

Celebrating the accomplishments of elders and raising awareness of strength-based approaches to care are emphasized. A positive image of elders and seniors is a focus.
Advocating

Sharing resources, offering strategies to gain support from staff and the community, and demonstrating the value of engagement/activity services to empower activity professionals.

Leadership
ActivTimes Consulting is led by Natalie B. Davis, MA, a seasoned professional in the life enrichment field since 1974. Her leadership is guided by the principle articulated by elder care pioneer Dr. Herbert Shore:
“Through a relationship, all things are possible; without one, nothing.”
The ActivTimes educational operations are led by partner Hayley C. Moseley EdD
